Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Our standard is to get your items in your hands in under a week, however our goal is to get it to you in 3-5 business days. That being said, because we utilize third party shipping services like the USPS & UPS, we cannot guarantee shipping times.

**Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders can be cancelled if cancellation request is made via email within one hour of making the purchase. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We do accept returns! Simply send your items back to 4548 N Farm Road 249 Strafford, MO 65757 with a slip inside stating your name and the reason for return and we will get this processed for you no longer than 72 hours after receiving it. Store credit is given in the form of a gift card for returned items.

The only time we issue refunds is if you receive a damaged or defective item. Email us about any item you receive that is damaged or defective within 3 days of you receiving it and send accompanying photos of damage and we will take care of this for you.
